I've hit some sort of block, though, and have been battling to get past a certain weight and measurement for a while now. Stubborn belly fat. GAH! I really think that Weight Watchers is going to help me get past it because it helps me to have to go and weigh in in front of someone. Plus I can have them look at my food diary (which seems to be essential for my losing weight) and see where I can improve. Any and all suggestions are always welcome!Brookehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16948930833706065878noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8289108340355242657.post-650309464853368722011-01-03T18:47:49.501-06:002011-01-03T18:47:49.501-06:00Do you check your measurements, not just the scale...Do you check your measurements, not just the scale? I've found that sometimes when I think I'm making progress, I'm actually losing inches even though my weight on the scale doesn't move.

And if I may be so bold as to make a recommendation without having been asked for one, Zumba has been amazing for getting in and staying in shape for me. I've never gone to a class because I don't "do" the gym, but I have the dvd set at home and it's fantastic. I lost 2 inches off my waist in the first week and a half or so.JLKhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05396471022931966499noreply@blogger.com
